Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive HR services to designated business units focusing on talent acquisition, manpower planning, employee relations and engagement
  • Be a strategic partner to business leaders and stakeholders on HR strategic planning coping with the business growth and transformation
  • Partner with HR functional teams on providing professional and effective HR solution to different stakeholders
  • Lead and participate in various HR projects as assigned
  • Support other ad-hoc HR initiatives
  • Ensure all tasks in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations


We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK. 

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 8 years’ relevant experience gained in banking or financial sectors
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Detail minded and strong business acumen with strategic mindset
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
  • Immediately available is an advantage
