Electronic Volatility Market Maker and Trader (Warrants and CBBCs) - Senior Associate

Job Description:

  • Electronic market making and risk managing of Listed Structured Products (e.g. Covered Warrants, CBBCs, Options)
  • Work closely with senior traders on market making algorithm with understanding of market microstructure (market depths, volume, synthetics)
  • Build and maintain listed equity derivatives analytical tools using Python and C/C++
  • Ability to provide technical and problem domain expertise in Low-Latency trading architecture
  • Develop derivatives trading strategies using statistical approac

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in quantitative or engineering background with excellent knowledge in Options and other derivatives instruments.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience trading equity derivatives trading in sell-side investment banks, or market making firms
  • Qualified to be registered under SFC on relevant regulated activities
  • Excellent in Python, C/C++/C# programming skills with  attention to details
  • Capacity to make rapid decisions and perform under high pressure
  • Good Command of spoken and written English and Chines
