With effect from 1 January 2017, real time market data from EUREX is only available to subscribers who entered into an agreement with Haitong International Futures Limited and paid the subscription fees in accordance with the Fee Schedule below:

# Asia-Pacific means the following countries or regions: South Korea, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Japan, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Brunei, Taiwan, Macau, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Maldives, India, Bengal, Nepal, Bhutan, Sikkim, Papua New Guinea and any successor state to those countries. Subscriber who subscribes for Asia-Pacific region CONFIRMS that the major location of accessing the market data is within the listed regions.
^Private Individual is defined as one who fulfills all of the followings:
1. It/she/he is a natural person;
2. It/she/he does not operate a credit institution or financial services institution;
3. It/she/he will use the market data exclusively for his/her own private purposes, such as, in particular, the management of its/his/her own private assets;
4. It/she/he will not use the market data for business purposes;
5. It/she/he will also not use the market data in any other manner for the purposes of any third parties; and
6. It/she/he will not distribute the market data onward to any third parties and will not make the market data available to any third parties, in particular such third parties which do not qualify as Private Individuals.
The Subscriber who fails to meet any of the above criteria will be treated as Professional User.
2. Subscription
- Client has to complete and execute the Subscription Agreement of EUREX Market Data (must be filled in English) and submit the same to our Customer Service Department by email to csdept@htisec.com or facsimile at (852) 2530 1689 for further handling.
- The Service will be activated immediately once we received and confirmed client’s subscription.
- For clients who select not to subscribe for EUREX market data, they shall be, subject to our discretion, made available with delayed market data only. Unrealized profit and loss of open position of relevant EUREX products will be calculated according to delayed market data, if so provided
- Market data fee is charged on monthly basis (e.g. 1 Jan to 31 Jan) and will be debited from trading account on the date of subscription for the first subscription. Once market data is subscribed, system will auto-enroll the service unless client cancels the subscription and the relevant monthly fee will be debited from trading account in the first week of the month for the auto-enroll service.
- Clients have to ensure sufficient balance in trading account for the payment of the service fee on the date as mentioned above. Otherwise, the service will be terminated automatically.
- Market data fee will not be refunded even the market data package is cancelled during the month of the Service.
- Market data's fees are subject to modification by each of the exchange(s) at any time, without prior notice to subscriber
