With reference to the regulation of the Securities and Futures Bureau, Financial Supervisory Commission (“FSC”) of Taiwan, Taiwan investors can only trade stock option classes which have been approved by the FSC to be included in the list of “Foreign Contracts for which Futures Commission Merchants have Trading Authorization"(“List”). Therefore, with effect from 4 October, we will not accept Taiwan Inverstors to trade those stock option classes which are not in the List.

The following type of clients will be classified as Taiwan Investor:
- Corporate client which incorporated in Taiwan or
- Individual/ Joint clients whose nationality is Taiwan
