Human Resources Officer - Policy & Project

Job Description:

  • Assist in developing, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures for Hong Kong and overseas countries;
  • Ensure all HR policies are in compliance with local regulatory and corporate requirements;
  • Facilitate effective internal communications through different channels including intranet, email communication etc.
  • Coordinate with country HR and COE on different HR projects implementation;
  • Prepare regular HR analytics reports and manage HR policies on intranet;
  • Assist ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.


We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Translation or business related discipline;
  • 3 years relevant HR experience;
  • Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge in Chinese word processing is a plus;
  • Fresh graduate in related discipline will consider;
  • Immediately available is definitely an advantage.
