1.Account opening/ customer service

Application in Person - You can bring along with the following supporting documents and visit one of our branches or Central office for establishment of securities or futures accounts:
‧ Personal Identification Document (e.g. a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid passport)
‧ A copy of personal address proof from the recent 3 months (e.g. utilities bill, bank statement or income tax statement)

Our customer service officers are ready to serve you from 9:30 to 18:00 between Mondays and Fridays, and from 9:30 to 12:30 on Saturdays.

Application Online - You can download a copy of securities account opening form online. Simply filling out the form and providing all supporting documents to us by mail to the following address:
