  1. What is Mobile Trading?

    Mobile trading is a platform without any restriction to location. All you need is a mobile handset with access to the Internet, and you can login to

  2. Which services are available with Taifook Mobile trading ?

    Taifook mobile trading supports most functions needed for Hong Kong stocks trading including:

    • Place, amend or cancel market orders, limit orders and auction orders
    • Order enquiry
    • Securities accounts enquiry
    • Position enquiry
    • Obtain real-time quotes with locally listed stocks
    • Obtain delayed quotes of Hang Seng Index

  3. Are there any costs involved with this service?

    No extra costs is needed for using Taifook Mobile Trading service. Although other costs including normal trading fees and data transmission fees may incur.

    Securities Trading:

    Commission costs for electronic services trading as well as all transaction levy to be collected by HKEx will be incurred.

    Data transmission:

    Mobile Operators may collect fees for data transmission of GPRS, 3G, and WiFi services, please contact your operator for details.

  4. Do I need to apply service from a specific operator?

    Our service is not restricted to any specific operator, it can be accessed in Hong Kong, China and any other parts of the world.

  5. Do I need any further registration if I already have an account at Taifook?

    No registration is needed for clients already with securities account. You may login with the same ID and password.

  6. I have just opened an account, can I activate my account with Mobile Trading?

    It is not possible to activate account using mobile trading. You must first login to Taifook web trading or e-service, reset your password and login to mobile trading with your new password.

  7. Can I access Taifook Mobile Trading with any handset model?

    Basically any handset with web browser can access the service. We recommend you to choose a model from our tested list, please refer to
