Get the login password from the web
If customer registers the mobile phone number when he/she opens an individual securities account, an activation code will be sent to the customer through SMS channel right after the account is opened. Customer can get the Online Securities Trading login password on the Taifook web site by using the activation code.
How to use the Activation Code?

- Select the “Online Securities”
- Select to use the activation code to get the login password
- Read the Risk Disclosure and click "accept"
- Input your login ID & the activation code
- Answer 3 personal questions to get the login password
- Setup your individual password, 6 to 8 digits
- After the password is effective, it will be used to login both Online Securities Trading platform & eServices.
Get the login password by mail
If customer dose not register the mobile phone number when he/she opens an individual securities account, our company will post the preset password for Online Securities Trading right after the account is opened. Customer can login Online Securities Trading System directly by using the preset password on www.taifook.com.To ensure the security of Online trading, customer need to change the password during the first login.
Recommendations :
- The Online Securities Trading login ID and the activation code will be sent to customer by SMS.
- The activation code will expire after 7 days; customer needs to finish the login process within this period.
