for 1/10 cent may be submitted for the following:
- Securities trading < $1
- QQQ's
- OTC securities
Only INet accepts 1/10 cent orders natively.
For orders that are routed through IB Smart but that do not
execute on INet, the bid price is rounded down to the nearest
decimal place, and the ask price is rounded up.
