  2. "Turnover Analysis" function

Ever wonder how some people acts in advance of major market changes? With the right tools, you can also be an expert!

Analytical data contained in the "Turnover Analysis" and "Derivatives Summary" provides you rich information about the overall stock market.

Put/Call Ratio analysis found in "Options Market" under "Turnover Analysis" is used to measure market sentiment. When the ratio is too low, it indicates that the market may be overly bullish, and vice versa. The Put/Call Ratio here is a dollar-weighted method. It is computed by multiplying the volume and price. The Put/Call Ratio is derived from this formula: P/C Ratio = (The total of the product for all put options / The total of the product for all call options). Apart from the options market, data about warrant issuers' trading records in the warrant market can also be found in the "Derivatives Market" under "Turnover Analysis". Based on the assumption that the warrant issuers has advantage in market information and expertise, it was found that the Put/Call Ratio may be applied in opposite way as the contrarian. In other words, when the trading turnover in put is higher than in call warrants, the specific stocks or index tend to perform with bullish trend, and vice versa.
